Lenovo ThinkPad Helix Tablet 2
Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 will be one of the first Windows 8 tablet to reach the market, available worldwide from Friday, October 26 in conjunction with the launch of the new operating system from Microsoft. Officially announced in early August, the device will go on sale with a base price of $ 629 (approximately EUR 485), in the version without keyboard dock, sold separately.
The information was given in the past few hours by the editors of TechRadar, who claims to have received it directly from a spokesman for the Chinese producer. On the same site has made its appearance at the end of September a feature article about the features and quality construction, built after a short test. The result is a tablet that can handle running multiple applications at the same time without any problems and with a good panel. The only sore point method you choose to use the keyboard dock: instead of connecting physically (such as the HP Envy X2), where the device is simply supported.

The technical sector of the Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 shows the presence of a 10.1-inch display with IPS technology, 1366 × 768 pixels (155 ppi), Intel Clover Trail 1.8 GHz, HDMI video output for connecting to external TV or monitor, WiFi, 3G module, NFC, slot to read microSD cards, 8-megapixel rear camera (with LED flash, autofocus and 720p video recording) and second objective 2 megapixel front for video calling. All in a shell with a thickness of 9.6 mm and a total weight of approximately 600 grams.
